Listing Video

Listing Features: My rates are currently $185 for shooting your listing (Pricing is not locked in and my rates may increase over time),  which currently includes filming, editing and a partnership post with Denver Vibe! (These rates are for Denver Area Listings, anything outside of the Denver Metro area is subject to a travel fee)

*This would be me filming you walking through the house, with trending audio and text about the listing over the video, as you might have already seen if you’ve visited my account.

*An extra $50 fee if you’d like quick shots of businesses or parks in the area to add to your video

Neighborhood Features

Neighborhood Features:  For $200-$250 (depending how on extensive you’d like to get/ how much time we take), we can feature the neighborhood your listing is in and visit Venues like local coffee shops, restaurants, music theaters or parks for example. 

*You can use this to incorporate into your listing video (at no extra charge) and/or use it as a separate video entirely (recommended). This can also be featured on Denver Vibe!

Additional Add Ons

Give Aways: Give Aways are really popular as well. If you’d like to do a gift card Give Away to one of your favorite local spots that we get footage of from our shoot, we can require our followers to follow your account and ours to win the Give Away. Each Give Away video is $50 for the Partnership Post, and require a minimum of $100 to whichever spot you choose.

Life Style Photography: If you’d like to add some photos during our shoot of you to use, we can do 20-30 images for an additional $75.  

Stand Alone Features:  For $100 we can go to a business of your choice and feature them. I typically like to let them know ahead of time so they are aware we will be filming/ sometimes they will comp the items featured if they want us to feature something specific and collab with us. If they do not comp the items, you would be responsible for purchasing the food/drinks (if it is a restaurant). 

*You will also receive a dropbox link with your final video and raw footage to post on your other platforms and your unedited footage, as well, for you to own and repurpose later on- if you’d like to.
